Brown Owl dumped and Martyr clip rejected

Lots of last minute changes to the plans, as Depeche Mode remove two different video productions from their upcoming Best Of releases.

The much talked about Brown Owl documentary has been removed from the “Best Of” bundle, and won’t be released at this time. That isn’t to say it won’t ever see the light of day, mind you… there are just nothing solid at the moment.

Also the video for the single “Martyr”, made by Swedish director Andreas Nilsson (of The Knife fame), has been rejected and won’t be released. Instead the DVD single will feature a “video montage”… more on this when we get it.
