According to davegahan.com, Jaron Albertin will be directing the video for “Kingdom”. He has also directed videos for Cut Copy, Maximo Park, Mew, and many others. The video will be included on the Kingdom CD single that will release Oct 8th.
And, yes, it’s perfectly legal, even if it’s surprisingly early. The single version appeared at online retailer 7digital.com over the weekend in a 320 kb/s DRM free MP3 version.
The single version reportedly runs a minute shorter than the album version, but it sounds ostensibly the same.
