Adding to an already-busy week that saw the official release of Depeche Mode's new album, "Delta Machine" and numerous promotional appearances, the band today premiered the Warren Fu-directed video for what will be the album's second single, "Soothe My Soul." The sultry video features shadowed and silhouetted footage of David, Martin and Fletch, as well as racy closeups of a female model and her serpentine companion.  The black & white video and unusual use of a compressed screen ratio accompanies the song's innuendo-laden lyrics and thumping rhythm. Depeche Mode reveal second single "Soothe My Soul"

Depeche Mode fans were treated today to a surprise debut of the second single from the band's soon-to-be-released ablum, "Delta Machine," on BBC6 Radio's morning show.  The uptempo stomper, "Soothe My Soul," was revealed to have a more electronic edge than the rocky performance at this week's "Live On Letterman" streaming concert series would have indicated.
