News dates are popping up all over the place today - this time local promoters have announced yet another date in Mexico - this time at Monterrey Arena in Monterrey on October 6. Tickets are on sale now (link after the jump).
In addition to the recently added Madrid show on November 16, local promoters in France have now announced two three additional french shows in January 2010: Lievin (Stade Couvert Regional) on January 17 and Paris (POP de Bercy) on January 19 and 20.

**EXTRA DATE ADDED IN LONDON**! Depeche Mode are hitting the homeland hard later this year, with 5 additional shows scheduled for the UK, starting with their first in Scotland since 1988. The dates stretch from after the already announced Dublin show on the 10th till their last show before Christmas on the 18th in Manchester. Austrian media out OE24.at (via Babelfish) reports that Depeche Mode is scheduled to play the Stadthalle in Vienna, in late November or early December. This report comes mere days after the Russian promoter was quoted in local media saying Depeche will play St Petersburg and Moscow in early February.
The Russian concert promoter, PMI, revealed details of future Mode shows in an interview published in Fontanka today. According to Fontanka, Depeche Mode will be playing an already confirmed February 4th show in St. Petersburg, with a February 6th date in Moscow still to be confirmed. Kroq just announced that Depeche Mode will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live on April 23rd*(!!). You can win tickets to both this show, and the two at the Hollywood Bowl later in the tour on Kroq’s website.
Depeche Mode are expected to headline the fifth annual Lollapalooza Aug. 7-9 in Grant Park, reports Chicago rock journalist, Greg Kot on his blog. Though promoters would not confirm the information Friday, multiple sources inside the industry said the the band are a lock to headline the festival alongside the Beastie Boys and a reunited Jane’s Addiction.
Speaking to Kerrang! Radio, Fletch let slip that the band’s current schedule will be beefed up with about five months worth of extra dates, with the tour ending in February 2010. At the moment the last show announced is in Florida on September 5th. Not to be outdone, Dave went even further on BBC Radio 6, revealing that the band have additional UK dates lined up before Christmas, and even suggested the band might play Glastonbury in 2010.
